Well hello, you lovely readers 🙂 Today I decided to write about something different – I will share with one of my favorite breakfast options – it’s healthy, yummy & super quick.
As I am not a morning person, it is always a struggle for me to get out of bed. When I eventually manage to do that, I head to the bathroom to brush my teeth and then – it’s breakfast time. This is actually the thing that makes me want to leave my cozy bed – the thought of what’s waiting for me in the kitchen (or what I will make).. Very easy to make and so delicious, it’s the best breakfast for busy girls (and boys he-he)
So, here’s what you will need
1. Yogurt – I like Greek style or natural
2. Fruit – any type of berries, banana, pineapple.. whatever you feel like, it’s the best time to get your vitamins!
3. Cereal / Granola – I like to switch between the two, this time I went for cereal – it’s the Chocolate Special K
And Voila… Here’s your super-healthy, quick and tasty start of the day!
It’s not rocket science but it’s so much better than just plain cereal. One of the great things about England is that you can find all kinds of fruit all year long and they taste great and have *almost* decent prices.
